We offer 3 types of primary search options:
   
Retained Searches- We recommend this option when seeking to fill your most crucial executive and management positions as well as for all senior staffing levels where time is a critical factor. As part of our retained search services, we create and execute a search strategy tailored to your specific requirements. 

Exclusive Priority Search- Our Exclusive Priority Search service is the preferred    method of guaranteeing our concerted and dedicated effort to fill multiple openings or hard-to-fill positions in an immediate manner. This is ideal for a fast-growing company that has aggressive hiring plans, or extremely time sensitive positions to fill. This type is generally assigned to one recruiter whose sole focus is the completion of that particular search. 

Contingency Searches- Our contingency searches represent the bulk of our assignments and are designed for companies that do not need an immediate concentrated effort, but want to see qualified candidates as soon as possible. The recruiting process is the same as is the quality of the candidates. Search time, however, is split between several searches simultaneously.
